LIBERTY — George L. Grider, 71, died Wednesday.
Born March 12, 1941, he was a son of the late George and Ruth Douglas Grider.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Cochran Grider; two sons, Michael Grider and Steven Grider; two daughters, Cathy Dorst and Vina Jones; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Floyd Grider; and four sisters, Roberta Wells, Beulah York, Lucy Watson and Margie Buis.
He was preceded in death by a son, George Brent Grider; three brothers, Elvin Kenneth Grider, Jessie Grider and Harlis Grider; and one sister, Lula Mae Grider.
Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Saturday.
