STANFORD — Kenneth F. “Buddy” Jones Sr., 82, of Kings Mountain, Ky., died Aug. 4, 2012. at home.
Born Sept. 17, 1929, in Kings Mountain, he was a son of the late Issac “Casey” and Lilly Jones. He was a farmer and attended Kings Mountain Community Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Coleman Jones, and a son, Randy Scott Jones (Janice), both of Kings Mountain, Ky.; a daughter, Regina Jones Biallas of Mandan, N.D.; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Foster Jones Jr.; and a brother, Harold Jones.
The funeral is 2 p.m. today at Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. David Kidd officiating. Burial will be in Gooch Cemetery in Kings Mountain.
