Louis McKee Ford

LANCASTER — Louis McKee Ford, 84, of Burbank, Calif., died Jan. 8.
Born Dec. 26, 1928, in Lancaster,¿he was a son of Patsy Kinnard and Elizah Evans Ford. He received his master’s degree in geology, served in the Army and worked at Texaco and Walter Duncan, where he was promoted to chief geologist. He opened his own company, Ford Exploration, and was co-founder of the OKC Geological Foundation.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle; his three daughters, Melissa Ford, Penny Adams and Wendy Mackey; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Ramsey Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
