Robert “Bobby” Stinnett
1948-2013
HARRODSBURG — Robert Wayne “Bobby” Stinnett, 64, of Garrard County, died Tuesday.
Born Aug. 7, 1948, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late James C. and Mattie Upton Stinnett. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam War veteran and had been a forklift operator.
Survivors include two sons, David W. Stinnett of Harriman, Tenn., and James G. Stinnett of Okinawa, Japan; a daughter, Tammy Leigh Willoughby of Millersburg; his former wife, Kathy Lee Stinnett; two brothers, James B. and Larry R. Stinnett; two sisters, Mary Francis Major and Rebecca Ann Smith; and seven grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
