LIBERTY — Ryan Clay Brown, 17, died Tuesday at his residence in Casey County.
Born May 4, 1995, in Boyle County, he was a son of David and Melissa Emerson Brown of Liberty. Ryan was a member of and baptized at Liberty First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his parents, David and Melissa Emerson Brown; a brother, Ryker Brown of Liberty; paternal grandmother, Wanda Witt of Liberty; paternal great-grandfather, Wallace Witt of Somerset; paternal great-grandmother, Mable Latham of Liberty; maternal grandparents, Kenneth Clay and Sharon Emerson of Liberty; and maternal great-grandmother, Elsie Reid of Liberty.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Herman Brown.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
