CRAB¿ORCHARD — Shannon Burdine, 44, of Crab Orchard, passed away Thursday, July 12, at his home.
Born Oct. 27, 1967, in Hamilton County, Ohio, he was a son of George and Donna Harness Burdine. Shannon had worked as a truck driver for Ferrell Gas and served in the U.S. Marines. He was a member of the New Hope First Church of God.
Other survivors include his wife, Darlene York Burdine; daughters Kendra Ann (Brandon) Sanders and Elizabeth Sue Burdine; a son, William Shannon (Jessica) Burdine; a sister, Susan Elaine Burdine; two grandchildren, Braydon and Christian Sanders; and uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2012, at McKnight Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Bro. Harold Harness.
Burial will be in Ottawa Cemetery with military rites by Caswell Saufley American Legion Post No. 18 of Stanford.
Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
