LANCASTER — Wesley Stanley Sparks, 69, of Buckeye Road died Wednesday.
Born Dec. 18, 1942, in Jackson County, he was a son of the late Herman and Allie Marcum Sparks. He was the widower of Dora Fay Flannery Sparks.
Survivors include his sons, Tony Sparks (Marsha) of Richmond and Randall Sparks (Josie) of Berea; daughters, Joyce Walton (Jeff) of Lancaster and Jo Ann Mattingly of Berea; brothers, Lester, Homer, Roy and Lloyd Sparks; sisters, Mary Abner, Carolyn Isaacs, Frieda Bolton and Elnora Land; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Ramsey Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday.
