If not, I have a suggestion.
An overlooked precursor in not only manufacturing illegal drugs but often also in illegal drug use is fire.
Maybe the real solution to solving the problem is restricting the sale and use of over-the-counter lighters.
Now that I think about it, from charred meat as a health hazard and lung cancer from smoking cigarettes to air pollution from burning fossil fuels and gasoline in cars and house fires ... War, even!
Fire is the common denominator.
Might I propose legislation to restrict the sale and use of fire?
Or is that just crazy talk?
