The public needs to know that Jim Talley’s church was in the fireworks business — the same business the Tennessee couple was trying to receive a permit for.
My question is why would Planning and Zoning not issue a permit to a couple who applied for a permit according to the ordinance in question? Did his church get approval from the city commission? No!
It would seem Mr. Talley needs to read the ordinance.
