Auto Racing: Ponderosa Speedway to hold rules meeting for sportsman division

Ponderosa Speedway will hold a meeting regarding track rules for the sportsman division for the 2013 racing season at 2 p.m. Dec. 8 at Wayne Bowen Racing Supply on Paradise Camp Road near Burgin.
