Boyle County won its first 45th District match of the season Thursday, improving to .500 with a 25-14, 25-14, 25-16 victory at Danville.
Boyle is 6-6 overall and 1-0 in the district; Danville is 0-8 and 0-3. The Rebels also defeated the Admirals last week in Boyle’s invitational, which did not count in the district standings.
Danville hosts the 12th Region All “A” Classic, which also includes Burgin, Monticello and Somerset, at 9 a.m. Saturday. The championship is scheduled for 2 p.m.
