Burgin went 3-0 and claimed the 12th Region All “A” Classic title for the second straight season Saturday at Danville.
The Bulldogs (8-5) opened with a 25-11, 25-11 win over Danville, then beat Somerset 25-17, 25-12 and finally downed Monticello 25-15, 25-10.
Danville got its first win of the season with a 25-17, 25-17 win over Monticello. The Admirals (1-10) also fell to Somerset 25-16, 25-12.
Somerset posted a 25-23, 25-18 win over Monticello to go 2-1 and finish second in the round-robin tournament. Monticello went 0-3 on the day.
