Caroline McDonald shot a career-best 36 to lead the Boyle County girls to a win in a three-team match Wednesday at Frankfort.
McDonald was 1 under par and Rachel Pingleton was one stroke behind her at Juniper Hill, where Boyle shot 169 and won by 15 strokes over Western Hills and 63 over Franklin County.
“Caroline and Rachel both had great rounds tonight. We love to see our players doing so well at the halfway point in the season,” Boyle co-coach Sandy Waters said. “As a team, we still need to work on our chipping and putting.”
