Free trade means jobs

Congress can't seem to manage to do anything to create jobs, but it has an opportunity with the free trade pacts President Obama offered this week. They won't solve the nation's problems, but they will help. Maryland, in particular, stands to benefit from a free trade agreement with South Korea.
