Circuit Judge Martin Bidwill

Broward Circuit Judge Martin Bidwill said he believed the young victims enough to find Hipscher guilty of violating his probation on a 2002 sex assault case. Hipscher issued an 80-minute, uninterrupted plea for leniency. "I'm not a child molester," he said. But Bidwill threw the book at him.
