Creative Art League of Jessamine County is hosting its inaugural exhibit this weekend.  Local artists will display original works of art including paintings, graphic illustrations, mosaics, photographs  and textiles. 
The exhibit will be held in the historic Old Jail on Main Street in Nicholasville. The opening reception is Friday from 5-8 p.m.  The exhibit will also be open on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 1-4 p.m. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

Artists whose work will be displayed include Bill Berryman, Peggy Bishop, Susan Bradish, C.L. Butor, Glenda Dismore, Constance Grayson, Bill Jones, Cindy McFarland,  Terri Melgar, Tony Richardson, Bobbi Stout, Wendy Tucker, Frederica Smith, Richard Smith and Margaret Stafford.
