Mildred Miller celebrated her 90th birthday with family and friends March 12.

She is a former deputy in the county clerk’s office as well as the county judge-executive’s office. She continues to be very active in the Bluegrass State Retirees chapter, the Jessamine Beef Cattle Association and Bethel Christian Church.
