A 46-year-old Nicholasville man was arrested Sept. 22 and charged with first-degree indecent exposure by Nicholasville police. According to an arrest citiation, Woodford Clem Jr., of 308 Foxwood Drive, was arrested after “exposing himself to neighboring children.”
Clem posted bail and was released from the Jessamine County Detention Center on the condition of having no contact with the alleged victim and no further violations of the law. However, two days later, on Sept. 24, Clem was arrested for violating the conditions of his release. On that day, one of his alleged victims told officers that Clem had watched her and “other children from the window as they were waiting for the bus, and that he waived to her and said ‘Hey.’”
The indecent exposure charge is a Class B misdemeanor.
Clem is scheduled for appear in Jessamine District Court at 9 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 18.
