Two people were arrested last Thursday night, June 7, in connection with a shooting.
The arrest citation states a witness identified Antonio Lee Casey, 27, of Tulsa, Okla., as the person who allegedly fired a handgun from a red Ford truck at an apartment complex, vehicles and other people.
The alleged driver, Savannah F. Jacobs, 18, of Frankfort was also arrested by police and charged with complicity.
The shooting was the result of a dispute, but the citation did not state the nature of the dispute.
The pair then went to 316 Wichita Drive, where Casey tried to hide two handguns under a vehicle in a parking lot, the police report states.
Both deny the allegations.
Casey was charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence. Jacobs was charged with complicity of first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering physical evidence.
Both are currently lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center.
