Carolyn Ann Modica, 55, of Poortown Road died Sunday, Jan. 29, at Saint Joseph Hospice Care Center. A native of Lexington, she was born June 3, 1956, to the late Sranz and Irmgard Justl. She was a former employee of the University of Kentucky where she held secretarial positions. She is survived by her daughter Kacy England and fiancé Michael Jordan Carter; a grandson, Michael Clayton Carter; and sister Cathy Zimmer.
