Creath Alexander Rankin,76, died Monday, April 2, at his home. He was a retired truck driver and tree maintainance worker for several years. He was born March 19, 1937, in Midway to Allie and Bissie Green Rankin.
He is survived by his wife, Flora; sons Alexander Rankin and Bobby Leon Rankin; daughter Connie Jane Niceley; grandchildren Mickey Darrell Crawford, Crystal Steele, Shannon Nicholson and Alexander Creath Rankin; great-grandchildren Brooklyn Smith, Kolbee Crawford, Brianna Smith, Trevor Nicholson, Kaitlin Smith, Hannah Smith, Jacob Nicholson, William Nicholson and Kaleb Crawford; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 5, at Fellowship Holiness Church, 202 Booker St., Nicholasville.
