Tommie Bruner Wheeler, 61, widow of  John E. Wheeler, died Tuesday, Feb. 26. She was born July 21, 1951, in Jessamine County to Alice E. Parker Arlon Click and the late Chester Howard Bruner. Tommie was a member of Nicholasville Presbyterian Church and an artist who liked to do floral designs, ceramics and clogging.  Additional survivors are a daughter, Melissa Kaye and husband James Harper; three sisters, Shelia and husband Tony Ramos, Gladys and husband Ronnie Chasteen, and Mary and husband Billy Gregory; and other family members. Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Elder Michael Gowens officiating.
