Marsha “Dianne” Mason entered eternal rest on Monday, May 13. She was born Feb. 17, 1951 to the late Jesse E. and Eugenia Mason in Nicholasville. Dianne was preceded in death by her brother, Mario Cretus Mason, grandparents Clay and Beulah Mason and step-mother Nadine Mason.

Danny J. Reynolds of Kissing Ridge Road, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 12. A lifelong resident of Jessamine County, he enjoyed spending his time outdoors. He could often be found on his horses, working on his farm, or in the woods. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Reynolds. He is survived by his son, Chad; daughter, Jennifer; his father, Alvin; brothers Kim and wife Darlene, Mark and wife Laura, and Brad and wife Sandra; sisters Peggy and husband Byran Turpin, Pam and husband Kieth Locker, Tonya and husband Tom O’Hara, and Joni and husband Steve Reynolds; and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

Bethany Lynn Hardman, 29, wife of Randall G. “Randy” Hardman, died Thursday, May 9, due to injuries she suffered in a traffic accident. She leaves her memory in the care of her husband, Randy; children Noah and Lillian; parents David and Laura Hunter; mother- and father-in-law Stephen and Cheryl Hardman; and maternal grandparents Harry and Anna Stevenson. Additional survivors are brothers Jeremy, Andrew, Jonathan and Joel. Bethany was employed by Avenues For Women and Bethany Christian Services. A service of remembrance was held at 1 p.m. Monday at Wilmore Free Methodist Church, and she was laid to rest in Wilmore Cemetery. Brothers and brothers-in-law were pallbearers. Monette Vanover Keathley Belcher, 70, passed away Sunday, May 12, at the University of Kentucky Hospital. She was a native of Pike County born April 3, 1943, to the late John T. and Alta Vanover. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband and best friend, Terry Belcher; her daughter, Beverly Quinn and husband Darin; sons Tom Keathley and wife Madonna, John David Keathley, and Chett Keathley and wife Ute; as well as the grandchildren she adored, Ron McCoy and wife Cheryl, Thomas and Dalton Keathley, Mackenzie Palmer, Robert and John Quinn, Timothy, Lukas, and Oliver Keathley, and great-granddaughter Chloe. Additional survivors include brothers Roger Vanover and wife Linda and William Vanover and wife Sandy; sisters Dorothy Meade, Betty Keel, and Mary Hunt and husband Clinton; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers Tom, Hubert and Johnny Vanover and sister Martha Lovern. Monette was a retired employee of Blue Grass Community Action having worked with the Jessamine County Adult Day Care for many years and was a member of their advisory board. After receiving a lung transplant, she became an advocate for organ donations, working close with KODA in fundraising and helping with awareness of the organ-donation program. She was a member of the Nicholasville Baptist Church for many years. A service of remembrance will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 16, at Hager & Cundiff Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Coates officiating and Bill Black delivering the eulogy. She will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery. Honoring her as pallbearers will be her grandsons Ron McCoy, Lukas, Thomas, Dalton and Timothy Keathley, John and Robert Quinn, and Larry Schmidt. Honorary bearers will be the Belcher family, Martin Lowry, Jimmy Whitaker, Tom Caukins and David A. “Doy” Smith. Sanford Richardson, 88, husband of Goldie Richardson, died May 8. He loved to sing and preach. Additional survivors include his children, Connie and husband Paul Blythe, Donna and husband Phil Muncy, Sharon and husband Andy Vinson, Sandra and husband Jim Smith, and Kevia and husband Fred Jenkins; eight grandchildren, David and Jonathan Blythe, Jason Holloway, Chad McFry, Brandon Richardson, Chandra Jenkins, Travis Parsons, and Taylor Smith; and eight great-grandchildren, Devin, Austin, Deron, Audrey and Daisy Blythe, Tristen and Makenzy McFry, and Addison Parsons. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Opal Richardson; three brothers; and two sisters. Services were at noon Saturday at Calvary Apostolic United Pentecostal Church in Berea. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Martha June Poor Lowry; daughters, Grace Anita Chatham Woods, Billie Lee Goodwill and Georgia Ruth Moore; granddaughters Margaret Gracen Chatham and Elizabeth Abigail “Bets”" Chatham; and grandson Jason Keith Goodwill and wife Heather. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eliza McCauley and George Edward Lowry; his sister, Robin Anita Lowry; and sons-in-law Terry Goodwill, William Moore and Donald Woods.

Eugenia Burton, 83, wife of the late Forest Burton, died Monday, May 6, at Baptist Health Lexington, formerly Central Baptist Hospital. Born Sept. 27, 1929 in Lexington, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Martha Louise Hardin Lee. Mrs. Burton was a homemaker and a member of The Daughters of America. Survivors include her children, Forest and wife Regina Burton, Brenda and husband N.B. Hellard, Jenny and husband Gary Stogdill, Rickey and wife Maggie Burton, Larry Burton, deceased, Clay and wife Gwen Burton, Bonnie Burton, Donna Mae and husband Rick Noe, Bobby Joe and wife Donna Burton, Ronnie and wife Donna Burton, Maw to Jeff Giles, Diane Giles, and Debbie Ingram, deceased; 40 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 9, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Road by the Rev. Harry Revel. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
