• Shelia Fynn (direct), five counts of theft by unlawful taking over $500.

• Lonny Wilkinson (direct), first-degree wanton endangerment.

•  Salvador Thompson, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and first degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Justin Darland, second-degree escape and first-degree PFO.

• Michael Smith, tampering with physical evidence.

• Kimberlyn Carpenter, possession of a controlled substance.

• Megan Menshouse, first-degree burglary.

• Angela Pettyjohn, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• Elias Parker, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

• Jessica Bussell five-counts of criminal possession of of a forged instrument.

• Dwight Sewell, making false statement to obtain increase in benefits over $100.

• Tyler Roberts (direct), third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking taking over $500.

• Tracey Smith, five counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• Carol Barnes, 14 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

• Kevin Bell, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree PFO.

• Frank Bender, first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
