A Jessamine County grand jury convened Wednesday, April 24, and returned the following results in open court Friday, April 27:
 
• Joseph Lee Kenney, first-degree assault and first-degree burglary.

• Eric Arthur, first-degree assault and first-degree criminal abuse.

• Audrey Rodruguez, first-degree assault.

• Damien Hart, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

• Krystal Woods, second-degree robbery; and theft by unlawful taking, value less than $500.

• Christian Sims, first-degree promoting contraband.

• Daniel Buckley, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, second-degree PFO.

• Amy Welch, second-degree assault.

• Aaron Robinson, Christina Hunter (direct) and Johnny Mott (direct), possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, first -degree trafficking in a controlled substance (Hunter), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (Hunter) and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (Mott and Robison).

• Robert Schmuttee Jr., theft by deception, less than $10,000.

• Stacy Bietz, three counts of second-degree forgery.

• Tracy Bruner (direct) and Andrea Hager, four counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

• Jimmy W. Hale, first-degree fleeing or evading and separate count of flagrant nonsupport.

• Mindy R. Street, second-degree receiving stolen property , more than $500; and PFO.

• Orval Travis, flagrant nonsupport and second-degree PFO.

• Benjamin Huntziner, possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Cannan Grall, receiving stolen property valued $500 or more.

• Josh Conway and Charles Parker, receiving stolen property valued $500 or more.

• Michele Glass, first-degree criminal mischief and tampering with physical evidence.

• Josh Couch, two counts of first-degree trafficking of a controlled substance and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance with a firearm.

Cases not presented and rescheduled for May 24 were Billy Whitaker, Kebra Jones, Marcas Anderson, Keyosha Conway, Jeremy Young, Danny Sandifer and Pam Sandlin.
