March 1

• James Davis, 23, charged with two counts violation of ¿a Kentucky emergency protective order/domestic violence order

• Jerold Wesson, 26, charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license

• Thomas Johnson, 34, charged with third-degree burglary and non-payment of fines

• Andy Stockley, 33, charged with parole violation

• Shane Washington, 41, charged with fourth-degree assault and probation violation

• Ryan Parker, 20, charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, less than $10,000; and contempt of court/libel/slander/resistance to order


March 2

• Randolph Cobb, 39, on a warrant and charged with leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to maintain required insurance

• Stacie L. Smith, 32,  charged with two counts failure to appear

• Shannon Nicholson, 29, charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, two counts non-payment of fines, and persistent felony offender

• Calvin White, 46, charged with failure to appear

• Craig L. Harte, 46, charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place

• Rickey A. Kelly, 59, charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place

• Joshua Shelton, 20, charged with non-payment of fines

• Loren Hammock, 26, charged with three counts probation violation

• Christina Halsey, 32, on a warrant

• Robert Ables, 32, charged with probation violation
