• Alma D. Murphy, 57, charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to wear seat belts, failure to produce insurance card, first-degree fleeing or evading police, and interfering with a peace officer required to perform his duty

• Alissa N. Smith, 26, on a summons

• William Duffie, 44, charged with failure to appear

• Darrell Neal, 47, charged with trafficking in a controlled substance

• Bobby Menville, 31, charged with two counts failure to appear, second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension, and giving an officer a false name/address

• Malinda Ward, 34, charged with two counts probation violation, failure to appear, second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension, theft of identity of another without consent, giving an officer a false name/address, and buying/possessing drug paraphernalia

• Stephon Spillman, 27, charged with two counts probation violation

• Vernon Cockerham, 53, charged with receiving stolen property (firearm)
