The Jessamine County grand jury convened Wednesday, Nov. 28, and returned the following results in open court the same day:
• The grand jury heard testimony from Ronnie Maxwell regarding a case involving Charles Anderson and it was passed for further investigation.
• Jeffrey Ettenger, flagrant nonsupport.
• Shannon Nicholson, 20 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and second-degree PFO.
• Jennifer Pritchett, 21 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and second-degree PFO.
• Michael Vest, second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief; receiving stolen property, less than $500; receiving stolen property of $500 or more; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jennifer Wingard, theft of a controlled substance.
• John Frazier, third-degree burglary.
• Morris Gill II, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and second-degree PFO.
• Jason Holder, theft by unlawful taking, less than $10,000; third-degree possession of a controlled substance; and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Sandra Turner, receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.
• Zach White, receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.
• Bruce McCreadie, no true bill.
• Ernest Dunaway and Misty Cooper were rescheduled for Dec. 12 docket.
• Rebecca Newton — more than 60 days have elapsed since case was refereed to the grand jury. The grand jury found that Newton should be discharged from custody and money or bond deposited should be refunded.
