The Jessamine County grand jury convened Wednesday, June 6, and returned the following results Friday, June, 8, in open court:
• Jessamine County Clerk gave a report to the grand jury regarding the November elections. The grand jury accepted the report without taking further action.
• The grand jury considered evidence presented by detective John Bourne with the Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office regarding a shooting, and no indictment was returned.
• Bryan Arrowwood, failure to comply with sex-offender registration and first-degree PFO.
• Joseph Dargavell, failure to comply with sex-offender registration.
• Floyd Hayes, failure to comply with sex-offender registration.
• Daniel White, second-degree robbery and second-degree PFO.
• Richard Richmond, flagrant nonsupport.
• Travis Deatherage and Jordan Miller, theft by unlawful taking, less than $10,000; third-degree burglary; second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor; and first-degree wanton endangerment for Miller.
• Tammy Sterner and Dorallisia Williams, receiving stolen property, less than $10,000; and for Sterner, giving officer false name and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Shawn M. Blair and Gunner W. Graham, theft by unlawful taking.
• Steven Grosshans, two counts receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.
• Jesse Feltner, flagrant nonsupport.
• Misty Baker, first-degree promoting contraband.
• Pam Sandlin — despite several attempts to have complaining witness served, the witness did not appear. More than 60 days has elapsed since the case was referred to the grand jury. Pursuant to RCr5.22, the defendant should be discharged from custody and money or bonds deposited should be refunded.

• Ira Boles, first-degree promoting contraband and first-degree PFO.
• Jonathan Florin, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and first-degree PFO.
• Sylvia E. Penman, third-degree burglary.
• Howard Rice, first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
• Myron Roberts, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Tammy Sterner, first-degree promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence and second-degree PFO.
• Christopher Bain and Ronald Best, receiving stolen property, less than $10,000; and five counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
• Jonathan English, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and second-degree PFO.
• Michael Price, receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.
• Shpend Alija, first-degree sexual abuse.
• James Mahan, two counts first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, two counts burglary, two counts of theft of property valued less than $500, three counts of second-degree criminal possession of forged instrument, third-degree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Jeffery Webb, second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
• Joseph Morris, fourth or subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, third offense of operating on a DUI-suspended license and second-degree PFO.
• Don Scott, no true bill.
Cases for the following charged defendants were not presented to the grand jury in June: Eleazar Rosales Cortes, Maria Jacob, Allen Smith, Ira Boles, Michael Taylor and Jacob Mooney.
