• Philip R. Daetwyler, 22, 116 Sunningdale Drive, Georgetown, was arrested April 1 on U.S. 68 and charged with driving under the influence.

• Agustin Del Porte Nolasco, 39, 102 Eagle Nest Drive, was arrested April 2 at the intersection of U.S. 68 and Barkley Estates and charged with speeding 23 mph over the limit, driving with no operator’s license and driving under the influence.
