• Joseph Morris, second-degree burglary and first-degree persistent felony offender
• Steven Whitaker, second-degree robbery and receiving stolen property, valued at more than $10,000
• Ryan K. Parker, two counts fraudulent use of a credit card, less than $10,000
• Kaitlyn Bailey, theft by unlawful taking, less than $10,000
• Dona Carpenter, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft by deception, more than $10,000
• Logan S. Carroll, second-degree burglary
• Thomas W. Major, second-degree burglary
• Nina B. Peavler, welfare fraud
• Amanda M. Roberts, selling controlled substances to a minor
• Candice Sparkman, theft of a controlled substance
The following were remanded to district court:
• Mark Butler, first-degree trespassing
• Clint Collins, theft by unlawful taking, less than $500
• Avanda Rainey, theft by unlawful taking, less than $500; possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance
The grand jury approved a request by detective Mike Wheeler with the Nicholasville Police Department for a subpoena for bank records from American Founders Bank and Central Bank regarding an ongoing investigation.
