• Robert J. Smith, 25, 633 Shawnee Road, Danville, was arrested Aug. 18 at Danville Road and charged with careless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Donn L. Sparks, 52, 105 Ross St., was arrested Aug. 18 at 100 Ross St. and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Jena N. Everhard, 26, 532 Brookwater Lane, Lexington, was arrested Aug. 19 at Courchelle Drive and Allison Circle and charged with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Clarine Travis, 36, 118 Woodview, was arrested Aug. 19 was arrested at the same address and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Lance Simpson, 33, 300 Wise Drive, Wilmore, was arrested Aug. 17 at Sulphur Well Pike and charged with receiving stolen property, less than $10,000; and theft of identity of another without consent.
• James T. Collins, 23, 235 Locust Heights, was arrested Aug. 27 at Sulphur Well Pike and charged with receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.
• James A. Jones, 25, 411 Longview Drive, was arrested Aug. 13 at the same address and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
• Kenneth Justice, 40, 100 Hillcrest, was arrested Aug. 14 at South Main Street, Nicholasville post office, and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Mark R. Burgan, 48, 314 W. Chestnut St., was arrested Aug. 19 at the same address and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Dawn Blakeman, 29, 1244 Orchard Court, was arrested Aug. 14 at Richmond Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
• John Hendren, 44, 102 Allison Circle, was arrested Aug. 13 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence; and first-degree unlawful imprisonment. He was also charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines.
• Stephanie A. Cruse, 40, 135 Olive Drive, was arrested Aug. 19 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged with shoplifting.
• Hailey Wainwright, 19, 615 Homestead Drive, was arrested Aug. 19 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart and charged with shoplifting.
• Christopher M. Lee, 25, 128 Circle Drive , was arrested Aug. 18 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged with theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting.
• Douglas W. Adams, 47, 208 Lakeview Drive, was arrested at Aug. 19 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury.
• Earl Sheets Jr., 38, 500 Beauford Place No. 49, was arrested Aug. 18 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury; and violation of Kentucky EPO.
• Darrell L. Allen, 30, 141 Old Wilmore Road, was arrested Aug. 16 at Old Wilmore Road and charged with improper start from parked position, reckless driving, first-degree fleeing or evading police, and first-degree wanton endangerment against a police officer.
