• John M. Harvey, 59, 418 W. Brown St., was arrested April 2 at West Maple Street and Wilmore Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• James C. Mahan, 21, 207 Natchez Trace Drive, was arrested April 3 at Cottage Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Consandra D. Bennett, 35, 736 W. Main St., Wilmore, was arrested April 2 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged with theft by unlawful taking — shoplifting, less than $500.

• Stephen R. Cornett, 35, 1020 Wyngham Hills Drive, Lexington, was arrested April 3 at South Main Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• John D. Keathley, 47, 2029 Hickory Hill Drive, was arrested March 31 at 121 Liberty St. and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with no visible injury.

• Adrian Mendes Vasquez, 24, 3304 Clays Mill Road, Lexington, was arrested March 31 at Strawberry Lane and North Main Street and charged with open alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, no operator’s license and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Charles T. Parker, 18, address unknown, was arrested April 1 at 635 S. 3rd St. and charged with possession of marijuana.

• William Beam, 33, 135 Bass Pond Glen, was arrested April 1 at 513 Pinoak Drive and charged with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO and resisting arrest.

 • Michael L. Masters, 56, 120 Lorraine Ave., was arrested March 30 at North York Street and March 31 at 234 E. Walnut St. and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• David C. Huff, 67, 201 5th St., was arrested March 30 at Keene Road and charged with attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud/false statement forgery.

• Johnny J. Mott, 29, 408 Hideaway Cove, Lancaster, was arrested March 29 at Hendren Way and charged with first-degree possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

• Aaron L. Robinson, 32, 105 Sunrise Shores, Harrodsburg, was arrested March 29 at Hendren Way and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

• John M. Smigliani, 49, 1021 Pinoak Drive, was arrested March 29 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with no visible injury.

• Britany Wren, 24, 316 Edgewood Drive No. 36, was arrested March 29 at Edwards Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating on a suspend or revoked operator’s license.

• Steven W. Graham, 24, 107 Wolfe St., was arrested March 28 at Kimberly Heights Drive and charged with reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and second-degree disorderly conduct.

• Raymond L. Smith, 61, 112 Oakwood Drive, was arrested March 27 at Miles Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Charles Hensley, 47, 102 S. Main St., was arrested March 27 at Ridgewood Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Josh Conway, 19, of 196 Eddie St., Lexington, was arrested April 1 at 635 S. 3rd St. and charged with receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.

• John Hampton, 46, 1029 Goodwin Drive, Lexington, was arrested April 3 at 4000 Catnip Hill Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Christy Spencer, 32, 421 S. 3rd St., was arrested April 2 at the same address and charged with fourth degree assault.
