• Phillip M. Taylor, 27, 106 Grinder Court, was arrested April 8 at the same address and charged with alcohol intoxication in public place and second-degree disorderly conduct.

• Autumn D. Hunt, 23, 128 Grinder Court, was arrested April 4 at Edgewood Drive and charged with failure to wear a seat belt, driving on a DUI-suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.

• Charles Parker, 18, 11 Wolfe St., was arrested while in custody at the Jessamine County Detention Center on April 4 and charged with receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.

• Shawn G. Collier, 25, 115 Southview Drive No. 76, was arrested April 3 at Edgewood and Southview drives and charged with tampering with physical evidence.

• Thomas Lowery, 20, 108 Stratton Ave. No. 8, was arrested April 5 at Rebel Road and charged with possession/buy drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and trafficking controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Shelby R. Eblin, 39, 148 Grinder Court, was arrested at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury.

• Mindy R. Street, 24, 531 Bell Place, was arrested April 4 at East Maple Street and charged with receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.

• Leanna M. McCubbins, 30, 316 Longview Drive, was arrested April 5 at 995 S. Main St., Kroger, and charged with theft by unlawful taking, less than $500.

• Alan D. Tatman, 64, 110 1/2 Orchard Court, was arrested April 7 at North Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravated circumstances.

• Burnell W. Newcomb, 35, 426 E. Main St., Wilmore, was arrested April 8 at Nicholasville Bypasss and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravated circumstances and speeding 25 mph over the limit.

• Anthony C. Ponsetto, 51, 924 Pinoak Drive, was arrested April 6 at Pinoak and Quinn drives and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Carlos O. Valencia, 41, 2504 Larkin Road, No. 185, was arrested April 9 at Nicholasville Bypass and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license.
