• Robert B. Acker III, 25, 204 Culpepper Court, Versailles, was arrested July 5 at U.S. 27 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
• Stuart P. Cooksey, 19, 1867 Keene Road, Lexington, was arrested July 4 at Nicholasville Bypass and charged with failure of owner to maintain required insurance and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravating circumstance.
• Martin D. Caudill, 39, 1025 Old Railroad Road, was arrested July 5 at 995 S. Main St., Kroger, and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
• Andrew R. Riddell, 32, 401 Miles Road, was arrested July 5 at Green Street and charged with reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
• Ryan M. Hulett, 35, 306 Parker Place, was arrested July 5 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree domestic violence with no visible injury.
• Donald H. Hagerman Jr., 40, 501 Ridgeview Drive, was arrested July 7 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart parking lot, and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury.
• Amber J. Sanford, 29, 512 Miles Road, was arrested July 5 at 995 S. Main St., Kroger, and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
