• Rebecca Guy, 31, 205 Bellechase Lane, was arrested July 19 at Hometown Pediatrics and charged with third-degree possession of a controlled substance — drug unspecified, buy/possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription of controlled substance not in proper container and neglect action.
