• Shirley Neviuss, 49, 604 E. Maple St., was arrested May 31 at 995 S. Main St., Kroger, and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.
• Justin R. Cooke, 32, 306 E. Maple St., was arrested May 31 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.
• Brian Christopher Moore, 31, 229 E. Maple St., was arrested June 3 at 319 Rebel Road and charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
• Daniel B. Blevins, 37, 105 Oakwood Drive, was arrested June 5 at Stratton Avenue and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
• Charles Jackson, 29, 551 Freeman Drive, Lexington, was arrested June 5 at 811 Orange Blossom Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury.
• Amy N. Welch, 23, 1656 Kissing Ridge Road, was arrested June 4 at South Main Street, Chevron, and charged with public intoxication in a public place excluding alcohol.
• Nicholas L. McQueen, 20, 506 Laurel Lane, was arrested June 5 at Miles Road and South Central Avenue and charged with public intoxication.

Baker, 40, 109 Alexandria Circle, was arrested June 3 on the Nicholasville Bypass and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security.
