• Javier Pascacio-Palomeque, 45, 178 Donabrook Court Apt. A, Lexington, was arrested May 26 and charged with improper turning, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, no operator’s-moped license and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol drugs with aggravating circumstances.
• Quincy D. Richards, 20, 120 Jessamine Ave., was arrested May 26 and charged with fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest, fleeing police, transferring controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
• Joseph T. Dargavell, 55, 917 Georgetown Road No. 120, Lexington, was arrested May 25 at North Main Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and drinking an alcoholic beverage in a public place.
• Aldo Reyes, 30, 122 Grinder Court, was arrested May 27 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault with minor injury.
• Tommy G. Perkins, 25, 319 E. Brown St., was arrested May 26 at Lexington Road and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and tampering with physical evidence.
• Stephen L. Woodrum, 21, 3209 Caddo Lake Court, Lexington, was arrested May 25 at South Main Street and charged with inadequate silencer/muffler, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
• Cameron Diehl-Turner, 20, 209 Woodview Drive, was arrested May 24 at Willow Court and charged with public intoxication, possession/buy drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
• Frank D. Hampton, 33, 1109 Windburn Drive Apt. 7, Lexington, was arrested May 24 at Elkchester Circle and charged with receiving stolen property, less than $10,000.
• Stacey J. Sanchez-Salgado, 43, 212 Twin Acres, was arrested May 24 at 608 Shun Pike and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
• Allen Smith, 50, 115 Henry Court, was arrested May 24 at McDonald’s on the bypass and charged with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
• Miguel Reyes, 21, 224 Christopher Drive, was arrested May 21 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury.
• Don Scott, 56, 100 Ross St., was arrested May 23 at the same address and charged with second-degree domestic violence and violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.
• Kelly R. Stevenson, 18, 2010 Hickory Hill Lane, was arrested May 27 at U.S. 27 and Wichita Drive and charged with driving under the influence and no operator’s license.
• Nathan C. Peel, 30, 105 Terrace Ave., was arrested May 29 at East Maple Street and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury; and second-degree unlawful imprisonment.
