 • Courtney Ann A. Gomez, 24, 1453B Huntsville Drive, Lexington, was arrested March 25 at Kohl’s and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.

• Bobby White, 46, 110 McDonald St., was arrested March 22 at Cypress and McDonald streets and charged with third-degree terroristic threatening.

• Haden G. Dickerson, 25, 509 Keeneway Drive, was arrested March 21 at Kohl’s and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.

• Eric Butler, 22, 111 Johnson Ave., was arrested March 21 at Kohl’s and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.

• Homer N. Burton, 28, 1041 Keene-Troy Road, was arrested March 21 at 229 Mary Rose Lane and charged with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, alcohol intoxication in a public place and third-degree criminal mischief.

• Richard S. Willis, 26, 100 Garden Park Drive, was arrested March 20 at 229 E. Maple St. and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury.

• David H. Shepard, 57, 3126 Vince Road, was arrested March 17 at 1024 Hickory Hill Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, leaving the scene of the accident/failure to render air or assistance and third-degree terroristic threatening.

• Zachary H. White, 18, 110 McDonald St., was arrested March 22 at 202 S. Main St. and charged with fourth-degree assault.

• Ronnie L. Frye, 28, 1805 Oxford Circle No. 9, was arrested March 23 at Redding Court and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Benjamin Hitch, 27, 310 E. Main St. No. 2, Wilmore, was arrested March 23 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.

• Marsha J. Clements, 49, (no street address) P.O. Box 208, was arrested March 23 at Kohl’s and charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, shoplifting.

• Danny W. Kanatzer, 34, 104 Stratton Ave., was arrested March 24 at High Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, resisting arrest and menacing.

• Elbert A. Kirkland, 61, 1126 Dix Drive, Wilmore, was arrested March 23 at Hard Times Bar in the parking lot and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravated circumstance.

• Michael D. Thompson, 34, 133 Madonna Drive, was arrested March 25 at Nicholasville bypass and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravated circumstance.

• Gary T. Ballard, 51, 74 Bryantsville Road, Lancaster, was arrested March 24 at Danville Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravated circumstance and three counts of violation not stated.

• Frank M. White II, 48, 203 Shreveport Drive, was arrested March 24 at South Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravated circumstance.
