• Donovan D. Nicholson, 21, 110 Astor Place, was arrested March 23 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury.

• Joel N. Hart, 26, 3401 Gatewood Court No. 62, was arrested March 25 at 4000 Catnip Hill Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Jorge L. Ayala, 40, 116 Orchard Court, was arrested March 25 and charged with possession of marijuana, possession/buy drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle on a suspended/revoked operator’s license.

• Kathy J. Littrell, 53, 108 Holly Court, was arrested March 25 at 516 E. Maple St. and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Johnny Cook, 35, 127 Florence Court, was arrested March 25 at the same address and charged with third-degree terroristic threatening.

• Amy Deaton, 27, 720 S. Main St., was arrested March 21 at Grinder Court and charged with operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license.

• Cassandra N. Rowsey, 22, 1003 Settlement Drive, was arrested March 21 at Walmart and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

• Jesse C. Reece, 22, 108 Holly Court, was arrested March 20 at the same address and charged with first-degree disorderly conduct and leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance.

• Jamie L. Babbs, 28, 105 Staton Court, was arrested March 20 at the same address and charged with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

• Paul Scott Dearinger, 42, 824 Neals Creek Road, Stanford, was arrested March 18 at Gayle Street and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating on a suspended/revoked operator’s license.

•  Steven W. Hall, 29, 9767 Camp Daniel Boone Road, was arrested March 20 at Lexington Road and charged with nonpayment of fines, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs with aggravated circumstance, driving on a DUI-suspended license, reckless driving and resisting arrest.

• Meloney Carter, 20, 362 Ethel Drive, was arrested March 20 at 4030 Lexington Road and charged with menacing, second-degree criminal mischief and two other violations not stated.

• Kevin G. McLean, 29, 219 Williamsburg Drive, was arrested March 19 at Lakeview Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Danny J. Taylor, 51, 2400 Butternut Hill, Lexington, was arrested March 16 at U.S. 27 and Ky. 169 and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Christopher L. Fraley, 37, 211 Williams Road, was arrested March 17 at The Dollar General at Edgewood Plaza and charged with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of controlled substance and third-degree controlled substance.

• Michael A. Jones, 39, 511 Homestead Drive, was arrested March 22 at North Main Street and charged with speeding 17 mph over the limit, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating on a suspended/revoked license.

• Ulin N. Guillermo, 25,120 Rand Ave., Lexington, was arrested March 21 in the parking lot of Kohl’s and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and no operator’s/moped license.

•  Cynthia M. Perez, 44, 121 Gainesway Drive, was arrested March 22 at the same address and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
