Thomas Elwood Chenault, 72,  a native of Hazard, Ky., born May 25, 1939, died Aug. 14, 2011, at the Galatin Health Care Center in Warsaw, Ky. He was formerly a resident of Thomson-Hood Veterans Center. He was a widower, retired mechanic, and veteran of the U S Navy. He is survived by two sons John Chenault, of Indiana and Rich Chenault, wife Nancy, of Alabama, a sister Virginia Chenault, two brothers Roy and Jerry Chenault, four grandchildren Ashley, Jessica, Mike, and Jocelyn Chenault.  www.hagerandcundifffuneralhome.
