Private funding may not be best route for I-75
The con man held on tightly to the sack, also known as a poke. Inside was a squirming cat, not the prize suckling pig he was purporting to sell. This Middle Ages con depended on one human weakness — some would buy a “pig in a poke” without looking first to see that the merchandise was indeed a pig.
