East Jessamine senior Sam Miller receives all-American award

Earlier this month, East Jessamine senior Sam Miller was named a Scholar All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) in Indianapolis.

Miller has a cumulative high-school GPA¿of 3.91, was named all-state in 2010 and 2011, and has been a team captain since his sophomore year.

He is one of 36 players nation-wide to named an all-America and one of 18 from the all-South region.

Sam is the son of Sherry Huron-Miller and Dr. Crain Miller.
