Giuliana Rancic gets help from hubby

Giuliana Rancic is on the mend after undergoing a <a href="http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/gossip/2011/12/giuliana-rancic-double-mastectomy-breast-cancer.html" target="blank">double mastectomy</a>. The E! star, who was diagnosed with breast cancer recently, is "doing really well" according to her husband, Bill and even letting him help pick out her "look." During a visit to the Wendy Williams show, Bill asked the host, "given the option, go big or go home, right?"
