Rickey Bates

Ricky Bates, 23, a well-known rider from <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100414020000" title="Casselberry" href="/topic/us/florida/seminole-county/casselberry-PLGEO100100414020000.topic">Casselberry</a>, Fla. was killed Sept. 20, 2011 in a car crash in Arizona. Bates, who like a number of other local BMX riders lived in Casselberry, created the "Banned BMX" products and videos.
