Jingle Bell Jog

When it comes to raising money for a worthy cause, Jingle Bell Jog chairman Angela Todd says the citizens of Lincoln County and the surrounding area have very giving hearts.
And she has the numbers to prove it.
Saturday morning over 347 runners/walkers jingled their way through the streets of Stanford, braving freezing temperatures, snow, sleet and rain to help raise over $10,000 in the third annual 5K Jingle Bell Jog Run/Walk for Alzheimers.
The $10,000+ raised ¿¿¿ $10,835 to be exact ¿¿¿ brings to $20,000 the amount the Jingle Bell Jog has generated for the Alzheimer¿¿¿s Association Louisville chapter in just three years. The Jog raised $3,270 its first year and went over $6,000 last year.
