Lincoln sheriff finds 120 marijuana plants, searching for cultivator

EUBANK — The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office is looking for help in identifying the persons responsible for cultivating a good-sized marijuana crop discovered Saturday in a remote field off Ky. 328 West in southern Lincoln County.

Police discovered about 120 pot plants growing in a wooded area well off the highway. Had they been harvested, the plants would have had a value of $200,000.
