STANFORD — A Hustonville man was charged earlier this month with manufacturing methamphetamine.
Clancy Fields, 40, of Hustonville, was arrested and charged with manufacturing methamphetamine Sept. 8, after deputies discovered an active meth lab at 330 Sims Road.
The sheriff's office received a tip about the lab and found Fields on the property with the lab, according to a news release.
State police assisted at the scene and the lab was dismantled by KSP detectives with the Drug Enforcement and Special Investigations branch.
Fields was being held without bond in the Lincoln County Regional Jail as of Sept. 19.
Man accused of growing $30,000 worth of marijuana
Another tip earlier this month led the Sheriff's Office to discover 13 marijuana plants growing on the property of Stanford resident Albert Gibbons on Sept. 11.
Gibbons was charged with cultivation of the marijuana plants, which had an estimated street value of $30,000 to $35,000, according to the Sheriff's Office.
