Lincoln Jailer says budget could be hurt by increasing numbers of local prisoners

Lincoln County Regional Jail's currently stable financials may not look so good later this year if local prisoners continue to crowd out revenue-generating state inmates, Jailer David Gooch told Lincoln Fiscal Court Tuesday.
