The Lincoln County Relay for Life surpassed its goal once again this year, gathering $5,000 over its target, with donations of more than $120,000 collected for the American Cancer Society. The Lincoln County Relay for Life started 7 p.m. Friday, lasted all night under the lights at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds, and emerged victorious Saturday morning, ending at 7 a.m. 29 Relay for Life teams and hundreds of other spectators turned out for the 12-hour event.
